Whether your child is new to netball or already has playing experience, Hitchin Netball Club welcomes players of all abilities from Year 3 to Year 13.

Our qualified coaches provide a fun, safe and supportive environment where players develop confidence, build lasting friendships and enjoy the game. From learning the fundamentals to competing in league netball, we provide opportunities for every stage of a player's development.

Training & Match Play​​
Training takes place on Tuesday evenings during term time at The Priory School, Hitchin.​
​
Players train within their age group and, where appropriate, progress into competitive match play as they develop.​

New Players
New players are invited to attend a taster session before becoming a member of the Club.
​
If your preferred year group is currently full, you can join our waiting list and we'll contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

Waiting List
If registration is currently closed, you can join our waiting list using the button at the top of this page. If you'd like your child to join Hitchin Netball Club in the future, please complete our Waiting List Registration using the button at the top of this page.

Places are offered throughout the season as vacancies arise. When a place becomes available, your child will normally be invited to attend the next scheduled taster session before being offered membership.
​
At the start of each season, all families on the waiting list are invited to apply for available places at the same time. Families accepting an offered place are asked to pay a £20 Place Reservation Fee to reserve it. This fee is deducted from the player's first year's Club membership fees if they join following their taster session.

Membership Fees​
Following the taster session, you'll receive details of how to complete your child's membership, including Club fees and England Netball membership.

We offer annual, termly and monthly payment options to help spread the cost.

England Netball Membership
All players must hold a current England Netball membership before taking part in training or matches.
​
England Netball membership is separate from Hitchin Netball Club membership fees and must be purchased or renewed each season.
